I always find that the best way to start on a subject is to see how far you can push it into other subjects. Food was originally taken from some pencilled mindmaps, and surgery contained within this one.
I have chosen these two as my research point because they could, in my opinion, be very broad and have relevance in all three areas we research into, past, present and future.
The two subjects also link together well, as diet can affect the need for medical intervention and vice versa. Modern day phenomenon such cosmetic surgery and fad-dieting and personal image also become relevant subjects.
your mind map is very thorough but your uppercase choice of font for your blogtext is hard to read and hurts the eyes a bit.

ReplyDeleteThe font here is definitely easier to read than the previous one - you will need to be careful with the size of your font when posting as small text in white on a black background can be very difficult to read.
I'd hoped to see more work overall; you should be well into your research by now.

So far you have a lot of information in your mindmap and it seems you have a lot of ideas but there needs to be more research shown to see where your ideas are actually heading. I like how it seems you've also tried to find links in the two subjects (food can cause weight gain which ties in with body image, body image is also related with cosmetic surgery).
