Food - Horizon

The fad-issue of foods of the future tends to genetic modification. With the rapidly increasing population of the planet and space for agriculture and food production coming under greater strain, scientists are looking to solve the problem by creating foods that are more suited to sustain greater numbers of people. All too often this is seen as 'playing god' by alot of people the world over, and the future of GM foods is at best an uncertain one.
